Rand Paul Betrayed Someone. But Who?

It has been said that once you wake up to the cause of liberty and to all that the Ron Paul Revolution stands for, you can’t go back to sleep. The news that Rand Paul has officially endorsed Mitt Romney for President makes me want to sleep for a month.

Maybe I’ll feel differently about this when I wake up. Maybe Rand will get the VP nomination under Romney and somehow I’ll feel just a little better. Rand says his Dad is “still his first choice”, but here’s the stark reality as I see it: At this moment for all practical purposes, Rand Paul’s endorsement of Mitt Romney marks the end of the organized battle for liberty in the United States, through the existing (completely corrupt) system. I don’t know how else to interpret it. We tried. But it’s darn near over.
