Small Marcus & Co Sterling Late Victorian Period Coffee/Chocolate Pot
Here we have a lovely small Marcus & Co Coffee/Chocolate pot dating from around the turn of the century. Marcus & Co sterling silver items are of high craftsmanship and usually very difficult to find. The piece displays a classic Victorian art Noveau design with flowing curvy lines that form the elegant footed pedestals along with a tastefully adorned acorn lid. Unfortunately do to the items age the handle seems to have sustained some wear and has twine keeping it attached. The Item does hold water and is in usable condition and could be easily fixed by a skilled silversmith. The Piece is in nice, antique condition and is ready to be added to your silver collection!
