George Clooney arrest confirms America is now a police state
(Washington DC) Over the weekend, as he protested the Sudanese government’s genocide of its own people, famous actor George Clooney was arrested alongside his father, Nick Clooney. This is the surest evidence the American public has that the United States of America—beacon of freedom across the globe—is slipping into a police state.
Although over the past several years reports have surfaced of police state-type tendencies being exercised by local, state and federal authorities, none demonstrates that the United States is becoming a police state more clearly than the arrest of George Clooney,
Mr. Clooney called for “humanitarian intervention” to put a stop to the carnage. Clearly, Clooney is the second person in one week to be arrested after calling for humanitarian intervention of African nation, as just last week Jason Russel, director of the movie Kony 2012, was arrested on charges of masturbating and being lewd in public.
The American public should now truly be concerned that not even celebrities such as George Clooney are immune to the anti-Constitutional tendencies of the United States government. Despite all prior evidence pointing to this reality, never has it been more clear.
