California To Borrow $10 Billion From Wall Street

California is set to borrow $10 billion from Wall Street the week of 13 August. The most indebted U.S. state will use the money to pay its bills for the rest of the year, according to Treasurer Billy Lockyer.  JP Morgan Chase & Co. and Wells Fargo & Co. will help to manage the sale, according to Lockyer.
